I wish this year-end round up began with great news about how NAMAC and our allies managed to have user protections that guarantee Net Neutrality included in the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) order on the Internet that they passed at their December 21 meeting.  Sadly, that is not the case. Yes, for wired Internet, there will be some protections in place. Wireless, on the other-hand, is poised to become the new frontier of what the industry can get away with.
