Leslie Fields-Cruz is the VP of Operations and Programming at the National Black Programming Consortium (NBPC). She manages the operations of the New York office, oversees the Production Media Fund, and supervises the distribution of NBPC funded programs to PBS as well as the NBPC series "AfroPop: The Ultimate Cultural Exchange," a showcase of independent documentaries about the contemporary experiences of the African American and African Diaspora

Danny Lee LadelyDanny Lee Ladely has served as the Director of the Mary Riepma Ross Media Arts Center for 37 years. His responsibilities include curating MRRMAC’s programming; administering the annual budget; supervision of the staff; supervision, writing, and editing of the MRRMAC’s web site and other publications as well as all publicity efforts; grant writing and fund-raising; and consulting/ collaborating with other organizations.

Nico Leone
Nico Leone is the Co-Executive Director of KDHX Community Media, an independent, volunteer-driven radio station and media arts organization in Saint Louis, Missouri. He oversees programming, marketing, community partnerships, and development efforts for the station.

Since 1993 Cynthia Close has been the Executive Director and currently President of Documentary Educational Resources, (DER) a U.S. based documentary production/distribution company founded in 1968. She is a writer for the IDA Magazine DOCUMENTARY. Prior to this she was the Dean of Admissions at the Art Institute of Boston and an instructor of studio art at Boston University.
